Tulum Jungle Gym was a bucket list item for me. And it didn’t disappoint. Great customer service. Creative equipment . Nice location. Weights made of wood and stone. Squat rack made of bamboo stick and rock weights. All while sitting on the beach coast. If you’re in the area and you’re a gym junky don’t skip this place.

An obligatory stop for Instagram pics. This jungle gym is more suited for picture taking than acquiring any real fitness workout. The novelty of the bamboo and stone equipment is super fun and it's a great spot to brag to friends about your Flintstone workout in paradise. The price is a bit steep at $38USD per person. Gear cubbies are provided once inside and you can workout with no shoes or shirt if you please.

I feel like this place is a bit overrated..so expensive to get in..$38 to workout. It is beach front. And the weights are interesting since it is made out of wood. It's good for one time experience and Instagram photos..but otherwise over rated I think. Still had fun here though.

I read a lot of bad reviews here so I went to the gym with very low expectations. I gotta say, it was pretty good. The service at front desk was super friendly, and they had pretty much all the equipment I needed. Yes, it’s 600 pesos but I knew the price before. And I didn’t look at it as a gym, it’s more of a theme park that you take photos shirtless and sweaty. That’s what it’s all about. It’s a one time experience not a gym membership. It served its purpose.

Tulum Jungle Gym is an incredible outdoor gym! With its beachfront location and jungle-themed setup, it offers a truly unique workout experience. This place has been on our list for quite some time. A perfect experience! Sea breeze instead of air conditioning, swimming in the sea instead of a shower! I recommend choosing a time early in the morning or in the late evening, otherwise it is full, which spoils the experience a little. There are toilets and a barrel with fresh water for drinking and small lockers for personal belongings.

This gym is included with our stay at Ahau hotel. I went for a workout not knowing what to expect. When I got there it was like a Gym in the Flintstones. I was pleasantly surprised to find that you are on sand and can work out shirtless and barefoot. All weights are made of rock or wood. Workout machines use rope pulleys and baskets. A remarkable experience as well as a good workout outdoors on the beach.

When I was boarding the plane to Mexico, I was doing it with this gym in mind. I really loved the equipment and the location. As I am coming from a quite a cold country in Europe, working out while the temperature outside feels like 37°C was a bit difficult, but I’ve managed to take some nice pictures and get a reasonable pump. There weren’t many people and I didn’t need to wait for someone to finish the set or share the equipment with anyone. The guy working at the reception was very friendly and even offered his own shaker as I didn’t have mine. This is an experience that every gym rat has to have at least once in a lifetime!
